cPanel is the hosting control panel included with every Vumacloud account. It gives you a graphical interface to manage every aspect of your web hosting — no command-line knowledge required.
What you can do in cPanel
- Upload, edit, and organise website files with the File Manager
- Create and manage MySQL databases for WordPress and other applications
- Install WordPress, Joomla, and other applications in one click using the built-in installer
- Issue and manage SSL certificates
- Create subdomains and addon domains
- View error logs and access logs
- Manage and restore backups
Note: Email is not managed in cPanel. Your hosting mailboxes run on a separate mail server at webmail.vumacloud.com. You read your mail at webmail.vumacloud.com/mail/; to add mailboxes, open a support ticket. See Creating an Email Account and Accessing Webmail.
Accessing cPanel
The easiest way is through the client portal: Services → your hosting service → Login to cPanel. You can also go directly to cpanel.vumacloud.com and enter your cPanel username and password.
