All Vumacloud hosting plans include a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA). Here is what that means in practice.
What 99.9% uptime means
99.9% uptime allows for a maximum of approximately 8.7 hours of downtime per year, or about 43 minutes per month. In practice, our infrastructure is designed to exceed this floor.
What counts as downtime
Downtime is any period where your website is unreachable due to a failure on Vumacloud's infrastructure — servers, network, or power systems. Scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance do not count as downtime under the SLA.
What to do if your site goes down
- Check for active infrastructure incidents at portal.vumacloud.com.
- Test from a different device or network to rule out a local issue.
- If the outage is on our side and exceeds SLA limits, open a support ticket with the start time and duration of the outage. We will review and apply a credit where applicable.
