Article 1.5: How to Manage Your Account & Billing Print

Log in to your client area at portal.vumacloud.com to:

View and pay invoices: Go to Billing → My Invoices. Click on any unpaid invoice and select a payment method.

Update payment method: Go to Billing → Payment Methods to add or update your card or mobile money details.

View your active services: Go to Services → My Services to see all active, pending, and cancelled products.

Update your profile: Go to Hello, [Name] → Edit Account Details to update your name, email, phone, or address.

Download receipts: Click on any paid invoice to download a PDF receipt for your records.

Enable auto-pay: Add a payment method and enable automatic payments so your services renew without interruption.
