Article 10.1: How to Open a Support Ticket Print

  1. Log in to your client area at portal.vumacloud.com.
  2. Go to Support → Open Ticket (or click the Support menu).
  3. Select a department (General Support, Billing, Technical Support).
  4. Choose the related service from the dropdown if applicable.
  5. Enter a descriptive subject line.
  6. Describe your issue in detail. Include screenshots, error messages, and steps to reproduce the problem.
  7. Click Submit.
