- Log in to your client area at portal.vumacloud.com.
- Go to Support → Open Ticket (or click the Support menu).
- Select a department (General Support, Billing, Technical Support).
- Choose the related service from the dropdown if applicable.
- Enter a descriptive subject line.
- Describe your issue in detail. Include screenshots, error messages, and steps to reproduce the problem.
- Click Submit.
