Article 9.2: How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Print

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account.

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Go to Security Settings (or Edit Account Details → Security).
  3. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
  4. Install an authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator).
  5. Scan the QR code displayed with your authenticator app.
  6. Enter the 6-digit code from the app to verify.
  7. Save your backup codes in a safe place — you'll need these if you lose your phone.

Once enabled, you'll need to enter a code from your authenticator app every time you log in.
