Article 9.1: How to Change Your Client Area Password Print

  1. Log in to your client area at portal.vumacloud.com.
  2. Click your name in the top-right corner → Edit Account Details (or Security Settings).
  3. In the Security section, enter your current password.
  4. Enter your new password (use at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols).
  5. Confirm the new password.
  6. Click Save Changes.

If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
