- Log in to your client area at portal.vumacloud.com.
- Click your name in the top-right corner → Edit Account Details (or Security Settings).
- In the Security section, enter your current password.
- Enter your new password (use at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols).
- Confirm the new password.
- Click Save Changes.
If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
