Article 8.3: How to Request a Refund or Cancellation Print

To cancel a service:

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Go to Services → My Services.
  3. Click on the service you wish to cancel.
  4. Click Request Cancellation.
  5. Select the reason and choose Immediate or End of Billing Period.
  6. Submit.

Refund policy: Refund eligibility depends on the product and how long you've been using it. Contact support@vumacloud.com with your invoice number and reason for the refund request. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
