Your VumaCloud invoice contains:
- Invoice Number — Unique reference for your records and support queries.
- Invoice Date — When the invoice was generated.
- Due Date — Payment must be received by this date to avoid service interruption.
- Line Items — The products and services being billed, with prices.
- VAT — Value Added Tax at the applicable rate.
- Total Due — The total amount payable.
- Payment Methods — Available payment options.
Invoices are generated automatically based on your billing cycle (monthly or annually). You'll receive an email notification 7 days before each invoice is due, and a reminder 3 days before the due date.
