- Log in to your client area.
- Go to Billing → My Invoices.
- Click on the unpaid invoice.
- Click Pay Now and select your mobile money provider (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or Orange Money).
- Enter the mobile phone number registered for payment.
- You'll receive a payment prompt on your phone (e.g. STK Push for M-Pesa).
- Enter your PIN to confirm the payment.
- Payment is confirmed instantly and your invoice is marked as paid.
If the payment prompt doesn't arrive, check that the phone number is correct and that your mobile money account has sufficient balance. Try again after a few minutes.
