You can reset your cPanel password from the client portal at any time, even if you have forgotten it — no knowledge of the old password is required.
Steps
- Log in to portal.vumacloud.com using your portal credentials.
- Click Services and select your hosting service.
- In the left sidebar, click Change Password.
- Enter your new cPanel password and confirm it, then click Save Changes.
The new password takes effect immediately. Use it the next time you log in to cPanel directly at cpanel.vumacloud.com. The portal Single Sign-On button (Login to cPanel) is not affected by this change.
Note: Your cPanel password is separate from your client portal password and your email password. Changing one does not affect the others.
