Creating a backup:

  1. Log in to cPanel at cpanel.vumacloud.com:8083.
  2. Go to Files → Backup or Backup Wizard.
  3. Click Download a Full Account Backup to get a complete backup of files, databases, and email.
  4. For partial backups, download individual Home Directory, MySQL Databases, or Email Forwarders backups.

Restoring a backup:

  1. Go to cPanel → Backup.
  2. Under "Restore," upload the relevant backup file.
  3. For databases, use phpMyAdmin to import a .sql backup file.

Automatic backups: VumaHost performs daily automated backups. Contact support if you need a specific restore point.
