You can read your email in any browser, with nothing to install or configure. Which address you use depends on which Vumacloud email service you have.
Hosting email
If your mailbox came with a Starter, Growth or Pro hosting plan, your webmail is at:
https://webmail.vumacloud.com/mail/
Sign in with your full email address (for example hello@yourdomain.com) and your mailbox password — not your client portal or cPanel password.
What you can do
- Read, compose, reply to and organise your email across all folders
- Search your mailbox
- Keep a personal address book of contacts
- Set an email signature under Settings → Identities
- Set up inbox filters and forwarding rules under Settings → Filters
- Set an out-of-office auto-reply, also under Settings → Filters
- Change your mailbox password under Settings → Password
Hosting webmail is a mail client only. It does not include a shared calendar, tasks, or contact sharing between colleagues — those are VumaMail features.

VumaMail
If you subscribe to VumaMail (Micro, Team or Business), your webmail is at:
https://mail.vumacloud.com
Sign in with your full email address and password. VumaMail webmail is a full workspace: alongside your email you get your calendar, contacts and shared address books, tasks, out-of-office replies, and shared calendars with colleagues. Everything stays in sync with Outlook and your mobile devices — mail you read, move or delete in one place is reflected everywhere.
Account owners manage mailboxes, aliases and distribution lists from the admin console at https://mail.vumacloud.com:8443.
Not sure which one you have?
Check Services in your client portal. A Starter, Growth or Pro hosting plan means hosting email on webmail.vumacloud.com. A Micro, Team or Business VumaMail plan means mail.vumacloud.com. If you have both, each mailbox lives on whichever service it was created in.
