Setting Up Email in Outlook, Gmail & Mobile Print

Your Vumacloud email supports both Exchange-compatible connections (recommended) and standard IMAP/SMTP. The Exchange option gives you full sync of mail, calendar, and contacts across Outlook and mobile devices.

Server address

Use mail.vumacloud.com as the server for all connection types.

Setting up in Microsoft Outlook (Exchange — recommended)

1. Go to File → Add Account.
2. Enter your full email address and click Connect.
3. When prompted for account type, select Exchange.
4. Enter your password. Outlook will attempt to autodiscover settings automatically.
5. If autodiscover does not complete, enter mail.vumacloud.com as the server address manually and click Connect.

Setting up on iPhone / iPad

1. Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Microsoft Exchange.
2. Enter your email address and a description, then tap Next.
3. Enter your password and tap Next.
4. If asked for a server address, enter mail.vumacloud.com.
5. Choose which items to sync (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders) and tap Save.

Setting up on Android

1. Open your email app and go to Settings → Add Account → Exchange (or Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync).
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Set the server to mail.vumacloud.com and ensure SSL is enabled.
4. Tap Next to complete setup.

IMAP / SMTP settings (alternative)

Use these settings if your mail client does not support Exchange.
