Viewing orders: Go to Orders in your store admin to see all orders with their status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled).
Processing an order:
- Click on the order to view details.
- Verify payment has been received (M-Pesa payments are confirmed automatically).
- Pack the items and update the order status to Processing.
- Add tracking information if using a courier.
- Mark as Shipped — the customer receives an automatic notification.
Shipping zones: Go to Settings → Shipping to configure:
- Delivery zones (e.g. Nairobi, Rest of Kenya, East Africa)
- Flat rate or weight-based shipping fees
- Free shipping thresholds (e.g. free delivery for orders over KSh 5,000)
- Local pickup option
