Creating an Email Account Print

You can create professional email addresses such as hello@yourdomain.com directly in cPanel.

Steps

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. In the Email section, click Email Accounts.
3. Click the Create button.
4. Enter the username (the part before the @). Select your domain from the dropdown.
5. Set a strong password.
6. Set a mailbox quota — this is the maximum storage for this email account. 500 MB is sufficient for most users.
7. Click Create.

Email account limits by plan:

• Starter: up to 5 email accounts
• Growth: up to 25 email accounts
• Pro: unlimited email accounts
