The Vumacloud client portal at portal.vumacloud.com is where you manage everything — your hosting services, invoices, support tickets, and account settings.
Main sections
- Services — View and manage your active hosting accounts. Click any service to see its details, resource usage, and a direct login to cPanel.
- Invoices — View outstanding and paid invoices. Pay any overdue invoice here by card or mobile money.
- Support — Open new tickets or read replies to existing ones in English or French.
- Account Details — Update your contact information, change your portal password, and set your preferred language.
Accessing cPanel from the portal
- Click Services in the top navigation.
- Select your hosting service from the list.
- Click the Login to cPanel button. You are logged in automatically — no separate password required.
The "Login to cPanel" button uses Single Sign-On (SSO), so you will not be asked for your cPanel username or password.
