There are two ways to access cPanel. The portal method is recommended because it logs you in automatically with no password needed.
Method 1 — Via the client portal (recommended)
- Log in to portal.vumacloud.com.
- Click Services in the navigation bar.
- Click on your active hosting service.
- Click the Login to cPanel button. A new tab opens and you are logged in automatically via Single Sign-On.
Method 2 — Direct URL
Go to cpanel.vumacloud.com and enter your cPanel username and password. You can find your cPanel username in the client portal under Services → your service.
Forgotten your cPanel password?
Reset it from the portal: go to Services → your hosting service → Change Password. The change takes effect immediately and does not affect your client portal password.
