Each Vumacloud invoice contains the following information:
- Invoice Number — a unique reference number for the invoice.
- Date Issued / Due Date — the date the invoice was generated and the date by which payment is expected. Invoices are due on their issue date.
- Line Items — each line lists the product or service, the billing period it covers, and the amount due.
- Sub-total, Tax, Total — a breakdown of the amount due. Applicable taxes are shown separately where required by law.
- Currency — the currency in which you are billed, as configured in your account.
- Status — Unpaid, Paid, or Cancelled.
Downloading a PDF invoice
To download a printable PDF, open the invoice in the client portal and click the Download PDF button at the top right corner of the invoice page.
