Mobile money
Mobile money payments are supported across many African networks. Supported operators and countries include M-Pesa (Kenya), MTN Mobile Money (multiple countries), Airtel Money, Orange Money, Wave, and others. Available options are shown automatically on the payment screen based on your country.
Bank transfer
If you are unable to complete an online payment, contact our support team to arrange a manual bank transfer. Your invoice will be marked as paid once funds are confirmed.
Security
Vumacloud does not store your card or mobile money details. All payment data is handled by our PCI DSS-certified payment processor. Transactions may require an OTP from your bank or network for verification.
